TSM at ADP Dealer Services I have only managed Justin for a short time, but in that time he continues to impress me more each day. Justin came out of training more prepared than any other person I have managed at Qwest. Having no background in telecommunications, I am thoroughly impressed with how quick he has grasped the suite of Qwest products and services. Justin has an extensive background in phone sales and is always willing to help others on the team succeed. I know that Justin would make an outstanding manager in any organization that he worked in. Justin is a person that I would recruit in any company that I worked for. January 26, 2010, Mike managed Justin at CenturyLink

CenturyLink Business Revenue Rises
http://www.fiercetelecom.com/story/centurylink-q2-...
The growth driven in part by my team in the Mid-Markets division of CenturyLink while I was a Sales Manager made an impact on the positive results mentioned in this article. Specifically a large focus was placed on driving broadband sales both with increased activity and both internal and external marketing strategies, both of which I was a part of.

Camp Echo Lake
http://www.campecholake.com/
My final assignment in order to get my Bachelors degree from UNK was to internship in a managerial role with a sports organization. Camp Echo Lake offered me the opportunity to be the Golf Director and to head up all golf camp operations for a 24x7 camp with over 440 kids there for 8 1/2 weeks. This involved everything from scheduling classes, overseeing agreements for transportation and facility use, and management of my two employees who were assistant golf directors. I helped project manage and institute the first synthetic green for the camp as well as an overhaul of their existing equipment.
