This is a small start up company that I have pioneered with two of my friends. Although we haven’t officially launched yet, we use this as good practice for writing a business plan, setting up an LLC, and getting legal in regards to tax, among other things. I take the lead on all the tech issues, while my other two friends focus on the financial parts.
