Kirk Anderson

St. Charles,

IL

United States

I began my television career the old-fashioned way; as a page for ABC-TV. Shortly thereafter, I moved to NBC-TV where I was promoted from production assistant to news writer, producer and assignment editor. With a growing restlessness to expand my creative horizons, I took a leap of faith and landed in the world of marketing and advertising, primarily writing; TV, radio and (long & short form) video scripts. My decades-long experience includes writing: News • Advertising • Public Relations • Training • Educational • Corporate As an innovative writer and strategic thinker, my writing connects with the user, viewer, reader or listener on a personal and emotional level, leaving a lasting impression that moves the target audience to respond positively to the client’s message. Additionally, a constant source of delight throughout my career has been how on-camera and voice-over talent brought my words to life. So, I decided to give it a try and hired a voice coach, produced a demo, and signed on with a talent agency. Not only can I read my own writing now (professionally-speaking, of course), but others’ scripts as well. I’ve told you my story, in brief. Now, let me tell yours. Whether it’s for a product, company, organization or institution, let my storytelling do the selling.
