I work at Ivy Tech Community College as Assistant Director of Career Services. I graduated from Ball State University with a Masters of Arts in Executive Development for Public Service. I am also credentialed to teach Psychology at the college level. My past experience in management and customer service have afforded me with opportunities to work and learn to be the most organized individual with the ability to drive an organization to meet its objectives. With over 12 years experience in higher education, ranging from admissions, assistant registrar, disabilities and employment services, my goal is to use my knowledge and experience in the academic environment to help students be successful in their transition from education to work. I am a passionate supporter of higher education and have a deep understanding of Career and Student Services through my past experience in Student Affairs Administration, my graduate studies in Adult Education, and my current role as Assistant Director of Career Services. Specialties: Program & Web Services Creation and Implementation, Employability Skills, Career Services, Assessment, Relationship Building, IT and Career Service websites problem solving and management.
